Be aware..as many others have said, they are not professional and make very doubtful things. I hired them thru my home warranty to fix a leak on one of my rental properties. They went there and diagnozed that my chlorinator was broken and they sent me a $300 quote to replace it. I decided to look at it myself and saw that the chlorinator was loose and I only needed to handtight it and problem solved. I called them to discuss about their misdiagnose and John's reply was that human being makes mistakes. One month later my home warranty sent them again for another job to replace a pool timer, however they mistakenly went to ANOTHER one of my properties that has a brandnew timer and they diagnosed as this brandnew timer needed to be replaced. I found out about this and called John again about this another misconduct again. How come they diagnoze a beandnew and working timer as in the need of replacement? I told my home warranty never send this company again to work for me. Hopefully this review saves some people of their bad behavior.

BEWARE Well, unfortunately, this review needs to be posted. This company is very corrupt. I hired Champion Pool Services to manage my pool needs. Following the hire, I went out of town for 2 weeks. This company was aware I would be out of state, and they were to manage the pool while I was away. I returned to a pool full of algae, mud, and leaves. When I called the company regarding the issues, I was told it was because it was windy outside. Not so; there was too much in the pool to be anything but neglected. I left the owner, Jerry, a voicemail stating I wanted to cancel my service immediately and forward my final bill. I did not receive a return phone call. I sent a follow-up email to the owner and the billing person, stating in writing that I wanted to discontinue services. I did not receive a response. The following week, my neighbor called me, saying the pool service technician had come to my home and was in my pool area. When I realized this, I immediately contacted Jerry and left a voicemail stating the service was canceled and that I would not be paying for any further services. I did not receive a return call. The week after that, my neighbor called again to say there was a pool person in my yard attempting to clean it. I asked her to tell the man to leave my yard, and he called me, asking what was going on. I explained that I had canceled my service both verbally and in writing weeks ago. He seemed confused and asked what he should do. I told him to leave and not return. I then had to leave a very aggressive voicemail to Jerry, saying I would seek legal action if they returned. I paid my final bill and thought my Champion Pool issues were over. It is now 3 months later, and I have a collection agency contacting me. Apparently, Jerry at Champion Pool Service sent me to collections for nonpayment for the month following the service that I had canceled. I have never dealt with this type of thing before, and I am shocked at the low level of professionalism in all areas of this company. Beware: This company is very unethical. The pool service is grossly lacking, and customer service is nonexistent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We moved to the area in the summer. We requested a weekly service for our pool. What I am frustrated with: 1) When the technicians come they send a generic email saying that they serviced the pool. They provide no information on what they actually did with the pool. There is no personalized information. 2) I discovered our pool sweep was cracked after one of their visits. This crack was not mentioned in their email and Iâ m not sure if their technician even looked at our pool that day. 3) we requested that the pool sweep part be fixed. It has now been 8 weeks and the company continues to give us a run around regarding fixing this part. 4) I have tried contacting the company on a weekly basis via phone calls and emails and THEY DO NOT RESPOND. This is the worst customer service I have experienced since moving back to town. Please do not use this company.

Champion Pools did a fantastic job updating and remodeling our pool. They were able to give us a wide choice of quality materials and turn our eyesore of a pool into a highly appreciated back yard feature. Championâ  s sales person Charlie Crum was knowledgeable and helped us to make great choices concerning our pool project. I have heard many nightmare stories about swimming pool companies and botched projects so I was wary when choosing a company to remodel my pool. Champion really delivered and I recommend them to everyone.

Charlie provided the best ideas and was reasonably priced and upfront about everything. He was on top of the project the whole way. Our pool looks great!!

Poor communication as to when work would be performed. Did not leave any instructions for restarting the pool after resurfacing.

I have used Champion Pools for almost 3 years. They have completely maintained my pool year round. I do nothing except enjoy the pool. My pool has never been green. I have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is awesome.

The company is staffed by great folks. Very customer focused. Problem solvers. Honest.
