Hiring this company was a big and costly mistake, they did not do the quality of job as promised, not to mention the fact that Rhonda promised if we could pay them half of the job cost down by the next day 11/01/18 that she would schedule our job next in line to start, after finishing the job they were currently finishing up. Well that didnt happen, it was over 7 months before they even started and then weeks latter before what they called the job being finished. And when they were told and shown the areas that still needed correcting, they got upset with us and the husband Jim said, that was the best they were gonna get the field fence, and he had done all he was going to do, and had, *had it with us.* he then demanded final payment for their uncompleted terrible looking fence job and then threatened me, and also said he was going to file a lien on our place the next day. Not very professional in my opinion, Id thought that he would have repaired the problem areas and got paid his remaining money, rather than leaving the areas not fixed and fence still not finished. So my advice to anyone considering *Champion Service Group.* is, dont make the mistake I did. Maybe even ask them if you could talk to me about the job they did for me or maybe even let me show you how it looks. Pictures of this job will be posted next on the internet by friends that are in disbelief, that should say it all.

"I would like to take a moment to respond to Mr. Smith's review. We regret to have any customer upset with us and we always strive to give every customer the quality fence they ask for. Unfortunately there are those who cannot be pleased and will not allow you to do that. In our 5 years in business we have found that customer. We have completed Mr. Smith's job with the materials quoted and with the fences he requested as contracted. One of which was a custom corral fence the other was over 1900 ft of field fence. I have made 13 attempts to get Mr. Smith to meet us at the job location to go over any issues he has with the fence. He has given me a different excuse every time as to why he is unable to do so. I then asked for a list of his complaints and he said he would send me one. I did not get anything else from him until I sent a Final Demand letter for payment and notified him of my intent to file a lien against his property. On the day he signed for the certified letter of that notification I received a text from him with only pictures and still no explanation of what he was questioning or saying was incomplete. At this time, I have decided that he is just unable to fulfill his end of our agreement and pay us for the fence he contracted. This is a fence that until the day before it was completed he had told us everything was looking good. At one point in the beginning he did have a concern about the fence running up and down with his property and wanted the top level. We explained that if we leveled the top there would be gaps underneath that his animals would escape from. We offered to level the property but he said that he didn't want to spend anymore money and told us to go ahead and run it with the uneven ground. He has told us how many compliments he has received on the corral fence that runs along State Highway 150. At this time I have filed a lawsuit which is currently in litigation for his non-payment. I find it very unfortunate that he has chosen to leave this review in light of the fact that he has been so uncooperative in getting this issue resolved. In addition to fulfilling our contract there were additional services provided at his request that he was not even charged for. As for the delay in starting, if you live in this area, you know that we received over 29 inches of rain between November and March and on a property as uneven as his it prevented us from being able to pour concrete in areas of over saturated ground. I will let all of the other 4 to 5 star reviews here speak for the time, quality, and level of customer service we provide to each of our customers."

Timely communications. Professional installers that worked during a horribly cold November day with no complaints. Finished the job early and at very fair pricing. I have recommended to neighbors that have asked because of the look and quality. I replaced a wrought iron fence.

Just had our black vinyl chain link installed and LOVE it. Rhonda arrived to look at our project needs and was prompt in her quote and the job was completed when she said it would be. The crew, supervised by Trent, was courteous, professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a new fence. Great workmanship, product and customer service. It was a small job but Rhonda assured us that no job is too small or too big for them. The big box store in Livingston declined the job because is was "too small."

Jim and Rhonda are professionals who keep customer needs at forefront of project planning and execution. After discussing needs, they suggested installed 600 linear feet of horse/game fence with barbed tension line at bottom to deter digging by dogs. Also cut swales around house to improve and direct water runoff away from house. I ask for a replacement gate for existing old warn sagging one. They custom built a fantastic gate! We had numerous delays because of unusual rainy Spring season, but they were patient and made as many trips as needed to get the jobs done! It is a good feeling doing business with people you can trust and rely on to get it done right, no matter what! You can't go wrong doing business with them.

Champion Service Group installed a black vinyl chain-link fence, with 3 gates, on my 1 acre home site. I also had them build a dog run off my laundry room door, with pea gravel for the dogs, which turned out to be a godsend due to all the rain we've been having. Rhonda really came through with the quality of gravel that was delivered. They pushed to complete the run so that we could move into the new house before Christmas. The fence and dog run are beautiful, and I'm so pleased that I found such wonderful people to do the work for me. I have a bunch more for them to do on the property, and will have them back again as soon as we can get the yard to dry out a bit so that we can work with it. They've seeded the front and part of the back with a winter rye, so that we can have a color to the yard that's not red mud. In the spring I'll have them back to sod and landscape. I highly recommend Champion Service Group for all of your fencing and landscaping needs.
