One of my windows has leaked for over 2 years and tried to get them to fix problem no solution can't get return phone call. Customer service is horrendous . Next call is to BBB and tv station for call for action. Fed up

Installation was impressive. They were done in 2 hours and kept everything clean. They even moved everything and put it back including hanging the blinds back up.

The installers were courteous and professional. The only problem is one of the windows was delivered defective. The company quickly promised to repair it but so far has not even scheduled a repair. I don't mind if its weeks/months out, but I do want to be on the schedule. Otherwise it seems like once they had our money, they stopped caring.

Initially I had problems with the salesperson (unreturned phone calls, no show for an appt) but once the mgr took over my acct things ran smoothly.
