Jonas Campos did an excellent job when he came out to our property to discuss our Sunroom Project. He came across as a very likeable and friendly representative of Champion Windows and never did he use high pressure tactics. We had three other contractors that specialized in Sunrooms, but their prices were higher and talked negative about their competitors. Jonas explained everything in detail and was very patience. Campion's product was just as good if not better than other Sunroom Vendors. I highly recommend Champion and their Sunrooms and don't forget to ask for Jonas!!!

Jonas Campos came out and worked with us on the purchase of our sun room and convinced us to move forward on replacing our windows as well. We had previously spoken with another company who attempted to overcharge a great deal (almost 3 times higher) than Champion. He was extremely competent and friendly. He took the time to walk us through the entire process and made us feel comfortable. Definitely worth taking a look at if you are debating home upgrade. Jonas is the man to go to.

Jonas Campos was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail. He even liked my cats. I appreciate everything he did for me. I highly recommend him and the company. They are also a USA company. Great warranty. The windows look fantastic. Superior to other companies.

We decided to invest in our home and get new windows installed. We’ve looked for multiple quotes from different companies and have decided to go with Champion Windows. Our initial meeting was with Jason, who was prompt, professional and respectful of our families time. Not waisting any time to up-sell us, but to tell us the truth about good quality windows. Jason is an excellent rep for Champion Windows. As he left our house, I turned and told my wife that they had sent the right person for us. We’re excited and look forward to having our new windows installed in the new few weeks.

Champion was the 5th and final company I'd scheduled to get an estimate from. The salesman was very knowledgeable and my wife and I were impressed with the quality of materials we were shown and what their performance should be like. As part of the sale, I'd agreed to write a review, to which the salesman agreed to, in writing, that would be 100% mine with no undue influence by Champion to have me give them a review that was better than what they'd earned. Good, or bad, everything is in my words only. Every company we'd gotten estimates from, assured the windows came with a warranty and would be covered if there were any issues. Well, Champion actually had the written warranty of some of those other companies and after getting the chance to read them, I'd realized just how stupid I'd been for not actually asking to see them in writing myself. They were very well written by lawyers and gave plenty of ways to get out of paying for things, or accepting responsibility if we had issues with their product. Each warranty we were shown was multiple pages long with lots of fine print the further you read. Champion's warranty looked nothing like that. It is one page long and states very clearly what is guaranteed by their warranty. In fact, here is what it says: NO CHARGE for any necessary REPAIR. NO CHARGE for any necessary PARTS. NO CHARGE for any necessary LABOR. NO CHARGE for any necessary MATERIAL. NO CHARGE for any necessary removal of JOB RELATED DEBRIS. NO CHARGE for any BROKEN GLASS for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES. NO CHARGE for any SEAL FAILURE for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES. NO CHARGE for any SCREEN REPAIR for UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES. NO PRORATION. There are a few more details, but nothing out of the ordinary of hidden by legalese. The estimate we were initially given was higher than I'd hoped, but we were offered a first time only discount. That meant if we agreed to purchase from Champion we would be given a discount but it would only be good for that day. If we waited, say another week to make a decision, then that discount would no longer be offered. My wife hates sales tactics like that. The discount we were offered put Champion back into the price range we wanted. Between that, how impressed we were with the warranty and quality of the windows, we were sold. We didn't finance and paid a deposit upfront with the balance due upon completion. However, a final inspection by us, and a supervisor needed to be completed and signed off for satisfaction before the balance was due. Champion came back out to get their detailed measurements and we began to wait for them to be built. Every company told us the wait time for windows was long, maybe 6 weeks, give or take. We signed our contract March 5th and the windows were installed April 13th.the work took 1 day, although we were told it could take up to 2. My wife was the person at home when the windows were actually installed. Everything went smoothly. The workers were professional, got everything installed and left nothing behind. If there weren't new double paned windows, you'd never had known they were even there. They even replaced a piece of trim that had fallen off and I never got around to replacing. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase from Champion. The only reason I'm not going to give this a full 5 star review is because I haven't had to go through any additional process with Champion where I'd need to file a claim, or deal with customer service beyond the sale. Nor have I had the opportunity to see what kind of impact the new windows will have on my energy bill. I would definitely recommend Champion if you're looking into rreplacing the windows on your home. So far, everything has been a positive experience and am happy with the look and cost of my new windows.

Go to https://championwindowsbeware.com/. Based upon our recent experience with Champion Windows, we would like to forewarn others that the front-end sales process is not a representation of what installation or service will be. Below are details of the 141-day long process to get our windows installed, compared to the 4 weeks they promised. You will see our unanswered emails and phone calls throughout. I know I have not documented all, but I can provide proof for the captured ones. The windows arrived with large gaps that had to be filled in by the installers. Windows for this price should fit like a glove, how they sell them to fit, **custom**. In our conversation with the salesperson, the windows would be made to fit and they would be caulked in. We experienced 2-inch gaps that had to be foamed in and trimmed to cover the fact the windows were not custom fit. Nearly $30k in windows. You would expect more. Besides the complete lack of communication, we experienced high-level Champion Executives being rude, acknowledging unethical forgery, and threatening us. This has been one of the worst experiences in our life. If you decide to buy them here are a few things to consider: 1.Once you sign the contract whether for 0% or payment plan you will never hear from or see the original sales guy again. 2.You will have to deal with multiple people who blame the other guy for everything in a complete circle. 3.In the contract when they tell you 4 weeks for your windows. READ THE FINE PRINT. It states that they are not responsible for the timing, as Nick clarified to me. Even though they took half of your money the day you ordered the windows. So, this timing could take months or even years if they want. Once you sign they do not care! 4.You are now at their mercy! No returned calls or emails. You must beg to get an answer. Your home is in chaos because they told you to take all the window coverings off or they would charge you extra. You make sure to get it done on the weekend of the 3-week mark because they said 4 weeks. And you wait, call and wait, etc. You get it! 5.Day 98- 14 weeks later they arrive to put in your windows. The ops guy called to say **we are going to give you a discount, the sales manager is on his way out cause they owe us big for being patient and we are due a significant discount**. Everyone is happy! Finally 6.We start noticing 2-inch gaps all the way around the windows and started asking questions to the installer. Note: When they tell you the installer are Champion employees, they are not! They are a contractor who bids the lowest price to get a contract with Champion. Fortunately, we think they are doing a good job. Sure, seems like a lot of spray foam and trim. One of the workers said **this is not normal** and they have had issues with the Champion measurer. He said it should be a snug fit with very little trim. Initially, we were just relieved to get our windows in and getting our home back to normal. They had to come back on a Sunday because they ran out of large gap trim. They were very social and told us Champion would not pay them if we did not sign the paperwork they completed. They had one window that was not even close to fitting, so we knew they had to come back so we signed the first install. 7.And we wait, call, so on and so forth... 8.The contractor comes out on 12/2, installs the window, and wants the installation paperwork signed. We did not sign it and were expected a call from Richard or Able to get our final invoice with the discounted revisions. 9.We could not get anyone to return our calls so paid off and closed the Green Tree account that 0% interest before they could charge the remaining balance as no one is talking to us. That is when the execs at Champion started calling, and actually sent us the forged document with the threat of putting a lien on our home if we do not pay in.

The enclosure of our patio into a four seasons sunroom went well. I would have rated 5.0, but communication was lacking after the sale. There was a significant wait time after the sale, and no communication afterwards to update us on when the materials were expected. I had to initiate all communication. We were surprised that the project manager was never onsite after the initial drawings were done, but were very pleased with the subcontractors who actually did the installation. They did a great job and very nice and respectful! The sunroom is great! One recommendation is that we had our AC company install a dustless air conditioner. We had been advised by Champion that that it could be done before or after the sunroom installation. We had the AC installed before the sunroom which was definitely the right way to do it so that our sunroom wall/glass was not disturbed after it was installed.
