Collected pre payment for parts and services and did not return.

If I could give NO STARS I would!!! When I first contacted Champs to fix my dryer in mid November they were extremely responsive and scheduled a consultation for the next day. The tech came out and claimed to have to order parts so I paid for the parts and labor up front and she said she would come back the next week to install the new parts. No one from Champs ever came back to finish the work so I called, left messages, emailed and texted with little response. It's January and I haven't gotten any response from them and they still have my money! I will be contacting Home Advisor AGAIN to take further action. Not only would I NOT recommend them, I believe they are scam artists and I don?t understand how they made it onto a site to provide reputable professionals to consumers. I'm highly disappointed with Champs as well as Home Advisor and I can't say I'll be using either service in the future. I wish I would've gone with my first instinct and not paid until the work was completed because I don't have money to give away.

I hired Scott to work on a wine fridge, they came out told us the cooler was working and left, we noticed the at the wine cooler was not working, we tried calling calling them and they never got back to us

I would not deal with them again. They are not responsible.

They came out gave estimate and did give deposite. Since has not shown up to do the work.

I hired this company over 3 weeks ago. We paid up front, and they claim to have ordered a part. We called multiple times and received no reply. We emailed 4 times and sent texts before we got a response. The response was then very rude and unprofessional. It has been almost a month, and my repair still is not completed. I will never use this company again and I would highly suggest you choose someone else.

Back on November 26, 2019 I hired Champs Appliance Repair, LLC to repair my dishwasher, told me I needed to order a part and when it comes in they will be back to install it, I paid her for the labor and the part, I did not hear from them so I called and left voice mails and no response back

I hired Scott to service my ice maker, they came out told me they needed to replace the ice maker and they asked me for full payment of $353.73, I was told they will call when the part is in, I waited a week and I called them, the recording stated that they shut down their office, I have not heard from them since

They made the service call, diagnosed problem, determined parts needed to be ordered, took my payment, and I have not seen them or spoken to them for 12 days.

I hired Scott to repair a range, I was told a part needed to be ordered and gave them $475 on 11/25/19, and they have not come back to install the part, now they keep giving me excuses, I called the number I was texting with, sounds like they closed their doors, have not heard back about the part status or to schedule installation. Very disappointed customer.

They came to my home diagnosed my issues ordered part took my payment cashed my check and have not heard back from them by phone or email since i have made repeated attempts to contact and no response

I was charged 80 dollars for Jennifer to take my washer apart and there was no repairs done on it. The washer clutch was and still is rusted and still hasn't been replaced and I ordered my own piece. She was very unprofessional and doesn't know how to do her job.

I paid for the washing machine REPAIR LAST WEDNESDAY - and now their office will not answer the phone!!.....JAY HELLUMS. 3379121330 Now...finallllly, im being told (after I finally sent a FB message, after leaving at least 3 voicemails) that I may get my repair NEXT WEEK...as Ive been without a washer for nearly TWO WEEKS!

In short they took my money and did nothing. The woman who came out to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator was late but great. She explained that the heater that keeps the freezer frost free was bad. The cost if the repair would be $340. Since I have had wonderful experiences hiring through Home Advisor, it didn't put me off when I was told I needed to pay in advance. That was 11 days ago and I've heard nothing from them since. I've left messages on every phone number I can find for this company and gotten no response. Though I was given tips for keeping my frozen food frozen, I've lost all the food in my fridge and some of the frozen food is going bad as well. That, on top of not being able to restock and having to order out for at least the last 5 days has increased the overall cost of this appliance malfunction. I hope that Home Advisor will not make any future referrals to this business.
