Aspire Painting INC.

Hired Chance Denton with Aspire Painting back in May 2021. His crew painted exterior metal railings on two stairwells and landings at a small apartment building in North Oak Park. Half of the job was raw metal and the remaining paint on old sections was pretty well worn down with a lot of rust throughout. Chance had his workers prep everything and apply two coats of DTM (direct-to-metal) paint. The finished job looks great. There are no brush marks or imperfections and a year later it still looks as good as new. I was concerned about the rust coming through but so far it still looks pretty solid. As far as cleanliness, there were no drips or stray splatter on any of the concrete steps or the concrete below. Nice to know it was not treated as "just an apartment building" but rather treated with the same respect that would be given to someone's house. Thank you for a job well done!
