Prompt, courteous response to my inquiry. As it turned out what I needed done would have cost much more than I had to invest. I'm sure his price was fair but I was unfamilliar with the cost of construction in general. Now I know.

So far, we've only gotten so far as the estimate, but it was in our price range, and Mr. Chandler's portfolio was gorgeous. At this time, we just can't justify it, but we're hanging on to his card.
