Chandler Electric LLC

I would not recommend LaVelle Chandler (?Shawn?) for any electrical work. I hired him to install an EV charger, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The final invoice was shocking ? material costs were 71% higher and labor costs were 233% higher than the original quote. Even worse, the charger was wired incorrectly and did not work at all. When I reached out to Shawn to address the issue, he ignored my messages, forcing me to hire a second electrician to correct his mistakes. The correspondence I did have with him was unprofessional, petty, and childish. This was an expensive and frustrating experience, and I would strongly caution others against using his services.

Quality work.

Lavelle was very responsive to my initial inquire, even communicated with me over the weekend. We described what we needed and an appointment was made to review on-site. A quote for the work was received in a timely manner. I was impressed with how thorough Lavelle was. He even did a nice gesture and cleaned out front porch light of bugs and debris at no charge, just because he saw that it was not putting out much light. The work was scheduled, and done beautifully, cleaned up after himself, and did the whole job faster than expected. Definitely knows his stuff! Thanks a bunch.

Relocated power outlet to accommodate new range, replaced GFCI outlet located outside patio, and located and replace a weak breaker in the main breaker box. Shawns team was prompt, professional and skilled. The work areas were not damaged and the areas were cleaned up before leaving. Good folks. I highly recommend Chandler Electric.

Shawn was very professional and super responsive on texts. He helped us install an EV charger , was very knowledgable on current codes and requirements. He even made minor modifications to our existing panel and was able to move our breaker around just so it didnâ  t trip often. He went above and beyond and we were extremely happy with the service provided. Would highly recommend Chandler electric for any of your electrical work.
