Chando Construction, LLC

We decided to use Chando for repairs on storm damage to our house. After we did the contract we paid the deposit. Months go by with no communication, finally heard from a guy with Chando that says he is going to take over as the contractor with Chando. For a few weeks I get the runaround from him and now 2+ months later and I can not get a phone call back from this guy or the owner Christopher Chandon Net. They took our deposit, did no work, and now wont return any phone calls. It feels like I was lied to and they stole my money!

This project by far has been the absolute worst experience ever! We started last year in October 2021 for a simple 3 season porch addition. Today is May 3rd and we are not even close to being finished. There were so many things that went wrong - from the incorrect drawings, to the ordering of the windows (wrong size because the drawings were off) and on and on and on. We have been told half truths and it is never the full story. My husband even called the owner to complain and he assured him that he would stay close to the project progress and we have not heard from him in months. We tried working with Paul, the project manager, but he was impossible to work with. He would promise things would get done and NOTHING is happening. We do not trust anything they tell us at this point. And we would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are not true to their word and we cannot figure out how they can stay in business. This is just the tip of the iceberg. If you are considering this company we wish you the very best of luck, because you are going to need it.

I had them build me a whole new deck and also had to replace my sidings I think they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Chando Constructions to anyone.

I put this project out for bid. I was so impressed with the QUALITY of materials Chando Construction presented as well as an aesthetic upgrade for no additional charge and my house now POPS! it's the best looking house on the block. From our first meeting to the time I had a QUALIFIED crew out to the house was days. Clean up was great - it was like they were never there. If I have another repair or major renovation - this is the company I will hire.

We had a bad hail storm go through the neighborhood. I contacted Chando Construction right after our house was damaged in a hail storm. Chris was very quick to come and look over the house. He was very easy to work with and walked us through each step. There was a lot to fix and they were there through it all. We needed new siding, roof, garage doors, front door, fascia, gutters, and a few other odds and ends. Everything was done in a timely, professional manner and everyone who worked on the house or represented the company was very courteous. We have had several neighbors compliment the work. We would definitely use Chando Construction again.
