They did really good work. I would call them again!

Very nice people, do good work, but never on time.

I hired them to repair a window, repair a faucet leak, replace a latch on the kitchen window, replace a towel rack, and change exterior lights, and my issue is the window work was unacceptable and now I am going to have to pay to have the job done again. The window was broken. If they knew I was going to have to replace the window due to rotting wood, they should have never done the job knowing it was temporary. There is also a gap in the window of the kitchen and the window along the deck. My pest control people had to use steel wool to seal the gaps that were left on the two windows. When they were trying to do the window work they broke the window and did not tell me until a later date. They accidentally took my screw driver and I let them know they told me they were going to bring it back but has not done that yet to my knowledge, They said they would replace a strip where the gap is on the deck window, but they never came back to do so. The light fixture work appears to be ok and so does the towel rack. The faucet still needs to be repaired on one side, they said it was corroded and left it alone.

They took the call late in the day. Came the next day. Removed and replaced 2 toilets, and installed a light switch. Professional team, work done correctly for a very reasonable price. I plan to use them for more projects. Thank you so much.

Owner of the business is very professional and stands behind her work; every home owner should contact this business because owner is not trying to ripe a customer off.

Great experience with this couple. Mrs. Chandler is very thorough and helpful. I told her on the phone about the problems I have with geese messing up my driveway and she came prepared with solutions how to keep the geese away.
