They are a little slow but they do get the work done. The lead man broke an object and immediately went and purchased a new one. The workers are very nice and eager to learn new things and were willing to correct any errors. I would seek the items of specialty from any contractor. All contractors arent good at everything. Ask questions when seeking help.

My tenant was enthusiastic with Richard and his crew. The tenant has been just as critical with past contractors. This is forcing us to consider purchasing other properties in the near future in the vicinity. Good help is hard to find, great help is a unicorn. Definitely a Unicorn. Prices are fair, I am always nervous about the bill. Some time contractors are petty, some generous, but I prefer fair pricing. His invoicing is crystal clear and fair. Another hard to find attribute. Overall, almost every contractor I have worked with can learn best practices from him on how to run a successful contractors business (side gig). I hope he never retires before me!

Robert is a zealot. He is courteous, provides excellent customer service, is accurate, and responds quickly. He put up several chandeliers, ceiling fans, coach, and landscape lights for me. Robert made plans and followed through on them. I was given an estimate and he stuck to it. There were no surprises, and he did everything he said he would do. I intend to hire him again. Thank you very much, and I hope to see you soon.

They came out and fixed the garage door that wasn't opening correctly, they fixed that and I also had them do additional light fixtures. They did great work on all projects, they cleaned up, I was impressed, and I would recommend them!
