Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
I was given a diagnostic fee of $35 found out the floor furnace was acting funny. I paid $75 & $35 for 2 minutes worth of work. I was alittle disappointed but I responded from the tenants request.

I had 3 GFI outlets installed the wet areas in my house and an exhaust fan replaced in my 2nd bathroom, and a broken outlet replaced in a guest bedroom. The electrician completed the job in 3 hours. I had a problem with one of the GFIs and the owner came out the day I reported the problem at a time convenient for me.

Central A/C Service or Repair
Over an hour late for appointment, no call, I had to call to see if they were coming. When they got there owner spent 10 minutes at site left an apprentice electrician (not HVAC person) to trouble shoot, clean coils etc. Charged me $314.00 for 2.5 hours (of apprentice electricians time at 75.00 per hour). AC still does not cool as it should. Satisfied with the service? Not at all. I would neither recommend this company nor call them back.

He does wonderful work. He is the electrician I have used for ten years. He is always readily to come and help me anytime I need him.
