Chapman’s was responsive, helpful, and did the job well.

The floor started rippling, so Chapmans brought inspectors out, who said it was defective. They told us several times that they would fix the problem, but after jerking us around for 7 months they said they wouldnt do anything. The flooring used was Home Legends Luxury Vinyl, and apparently Chapmans isnt going to use that product anymore, but they arent fixing any floors that they have installed with it either.

The installers, Andrew and Adam, were very professional. They didn't waste any time completing the project in two days. That included tile and carpet tear out. They even went the extra mile of installing floor slides under my furniture. It was a great quality hardwood at a fair price. Carol, in the office, was also very accommodating to any of our requests. If your looking for flooring you need look no farther.

We needed our floors replaced due to water damage. Chapman's Flooring did a GREAT job. Everyone was pleasant to work with and my husband and I were very happy with the final results. Also needed new carpet padding and my carpet re-stretched. They even helped move some of our heavier furniture. Thank You Again!

From the showing of laminate samples to the finishing touches, everything went great. Quoted a price and did not change it. Arrived on time and ready to work. Did everything as we discussed it. Even swept for me. When they left, you could not tell they had been there, except of course, for my new floor, which we love..

On time and friendly. They honored special requests with no added or hidden fees. Did excellent work converting my carpeted stairs to hardwood and doing my hardwood floors uostairs.

Was able to fix the carpet securely around my hearth, which had never been right from installation on. Worked in a professional and timely manner.

I would not hesitate to recommend Chapman's again. The did an absolutely wonderful job with our Armstrong Laminate. From selection to finished installation they were absolutely professionals. They were courteous, extremely helpful in selection, and always arrived on time. The estimate was dead-on. I wish more contractors understood the value of showing up on time for projects and what an important part of customer service that is. Thank you Chapman's!

The young man that installed my bathroom vinyl made this a pleasant experience from estimate to installation. He was clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were able to communicate so he was very helpful. This was a great value for the money. I love my new floor.

Chapman's Flooring did a wonderful job. They were on time and pleasant. Next time I will make an appointment for the day of the stretching. It was too much to have it done right then.
