Keith was very prompt in providing a quote. His bid proposal was the only one that included references and a job sketch. His bid was more reasonable than some other roofing companies that I have used in the past. Once I decided to use his company, the job was performed within a couple of days and was done quickly and efficiently.

Did a great job

Keith is quick, responsive, and a hard worker. He responded quickly when I put in my request for bids with Home Advisor. I never heard from the other two. Keith came out the next day to give me a quote and two months later I called and was able to get scheduled with 2 weeks to replace our roof. He didn't leave a trace of debris & the roof looks great !

Cannot say enough good things about this contractor. Went over and above to ensure the job was done right and that we were completely satisfied. Price was on point, he cleaned up each day and is a true craftsman. Hire Character Marks!

I hired Keith and Character Marks initially for a valley leak repair. Keith promptly provided three estimates and due to the value we ended up choosing a complete tear off and installed a new roof. I just could not pass on the estimate he provided. The final bill was his exact estimate, so no end of job surprises. Keith is a "beast mode" working machine and he was polite, courteous and quiet. He always clean the work site up. He was finished in a week as promised even though we had a good bit of rainy weather. I absolutely recommend Keith and Character Marks and have already given his name to my son.

Called to have him evaluate a roof. He performed his work in a professional manner and gave an honest opinion the roof was fine and needed no repairs.

He get the job done on time

Keith advised me not to do the repair because it may have not fixed the leak at the eave which is not going in the house. Also by repairing it could cause more problems. Planning to re roof in a couple of years. I appreciate Keith's knowledge and advise.

Keith is very knowledgeable about roofs. He assessed my roof and gave me two quotes one for repair and one for a whole replacement with a new skylight. I selected the whole roof re-shingled with a new skylight after removal of two layers of shingles. I was very pleased with the workmanship and cleanup. Keith did a fantastic job!

Keith is very knowledgeable , and was very patient. He explained what he was doing and why, then allowed the decision to be made instead of steering it one way or the other. Showed up on time, called when an adjustment needed to be made, and left the property clean. He did a great job! Character Marks is highly recommended.
