Excellent response time and showed up on time. Did the work and knew exactly what to do and was done in less than 20 minutes setting up my ecobee thermostat because I tried doing it myself. Very grateful I asked for their help. Gave me some tips on maintenance for my HVAC. I will be calling them again when I need a part replaced on my HVAC which I suspect will be soon. I highly recommend this company.

I had trouble for years with my air conditioner, every summer it would not keep my house cool, I had different companies come and spent a fortune over the years,never with good results. A friend recommended Charbonneau Refrigeration to me and I took a chance, he came the next morning, and after a short assessment Lon found the problem,got the part and my A/C was fixed, at a very reasonable price. No problems since and it works like new! I have since recommended Lon to my friends and family and they all have been pleased with his work. You cant beat the service and price.
