Charisma Handy Works Co.

They were very flexible and able to provide next day service.

Great group of guys great work kitchen looks great

Exterior House Painting with high and hard to reach 3 story peaks. Frank and Jose were great to work with - friendly and willing to meet my particular expectations. The bid was provided within 2 weeks of meeting him, work began 2 weeks later, and project completed in 3 weeks on schedule. Provided repair work to porch stair railing and sealed porch roof to prevent future leakage from gutter edge. Performed final day walk-around and made touch-ups I requested.

We contracted a significant amount of work with Frank including renovating a basement, bathroom and bedroom. We operated on the understanding that Frank would be doing the working himself while bringing in help when necessary. Instead, Frank did not even complete the bedroom portion of the reno, and the work he did do was subpar especially involving the finish work to the drywall. He handed off the job to someone else without any consultation and just stopped showing up. He was condescending and dismissive when we could get on the phone and has all together stopped responding once receiving payment for the portion of the work he did. Fortunately the work we originally contracted has been mostly completed with the exception of Frank s poor work that we will likely have to pay more to have taken care of. I have given Frank the opportunity to complete and repair the work he has already paid for before writing this review but he refused to respond. This has been by far the least professional interaction we have had with any contractor and caution anyone against doing any type of significant work to their home with Frank.

Frank and his team are simply the best! Followed through on the work quickly after estimate was given. Performed quality work at a competitive price. Highly recommend for any job!

He did an excellent job and I would use him again

Charisma Handy works helped remove peeling paint and foundation coating from the basement walls and floors, repair cracks and reapply foundation coating and paint to surfaces. They also repaired a laundry sink drain and downspout. It was a messy job but they actively problem solved and the final product was an order of magnitude improvement of a still unfinished basement.

Really good job, very efficient.
