We are a small family owned business who started up in 2012. We don't try to sell you anything that you don't need and our technicians are efficient and very thorough. We specialize in cleaning fireplaces,chimneys,dryer vents and repairs of the chimney and fireplace. We are licensed and insured. We also have an A rating with Angie's List with over 400 A reviews, the most in the Atlanta area and the BBB. Our company also won the 2012 through 2018 Super Service Award through Angie's List in all 2 areas that we cover; Atlanta and Chattanooga. We use only HEPA filter vacuums that provide the cleanest air through the cleaning process. All masonry water proofing has a minimum of a 2 year No Leak Warranty. DISCLAMIER: We offer Free Estimates ONLY if we can schedule it when we are near your area. If you need a specific day and time, a $75 trip fee will be charged. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY SERVICES MUST BE PAID FOR THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. $35 Returned check fee for returned checks.

I hired them to do an inspection and cleaning, yet they did not get on the roof and actually inspect the chimney, just looked inside the fireplace. They said this was because it was unsafe to get on the roof because of rain, but then they should either 1. reschedule to a time with no rain, 2. come back to finish the inspection later, or 3. charge a discounted rate for the inspection since it was only a partial one. Also attempted to charge me more in person than what was quoted over the phone.

Responsive, friendly, efficient, effective. They replaced our firebox and chimney cap, got an unsafe fireplace/chimney fire-ready, and converted to a gas fireplace, all in time for Christmas. Did the whole job in a day. Tim and Allen were personable, respectful of our time and home, and even kept the floors from getting dirty.

I was very pleased with the fact that alternatives to my situation was presented since the manufacturer of my chimney wasn't providing parts anymore. The repairman did a very good job of addressing my issue and although night was falling he stayed until the job was done.
