Charity's Roof and Gutter Cleaning

Reis and his co-worker did a very thorough job cleaning my roof and gutters. In the estimate he included a run down of the repairs he would do to the roof, which I have never had other companies do. Reis explained what was being done and gave me suggestions of how to better maintain my roof and gutters. I would not hesitate to recommend Charityâ s Roof and Gutter Cleaning.

Reis did a very thorough job on the gutters. I appreciated having him show me exactly what he found and where the problems were located. He was very diligent in doing necessary disassembly and reassembly of a plugged downspout.

Reis of Charity s Roof and Gutter Cleaning was ready and able to do the work I needed, and pursued my business proactively. He was responsible and communicated with me throughout the project, making sure I approved of the quality of the appearance of my gutters before he wrapped it up . He let me choose the brand of gutter guards I preferred, saying he could work with any product. His flexibility and professionalism was excellent! And he cleaned up after the project was done. Roof looks brand new cleaned gutters

Reis did an incredible job and i am so happy we went with him. He was at our house within 12 hours to give us a quote and was able to start 2 days later. He spent the better part of 3 days working incredibly hard and meticulously to ensure our roof was brand new looking when it was done. He removed all moss, cleaned and removed stains from the room, cleAned all the gutters and downspouts and removed all debris at the end. I will happily recommend Reis to anyone and everyone going forward and won t call anyone else when we need ours done again.

Excellent customer service. Company was hired to do a roof cleaning, a gutter cleaning and a complete pressure washing of all the concrete around the outside of the house including the driveway. Our house was being prepared to sell. I would hire them for the same job. However, I feel that I would have to review what the job he was hired to do. And to review the work done. There were some places on the concrete that debris was still stuck in the corners.

Reis did a great job.

Great quality roof work. Took longer than expected and no plan was arranged, but definitely worth it for the money, and they had some emergency work to put ahead of me, which is fine but communication on that could've been slightly better. They beat my best quote by 10%. A little bit of clean-up to my deck could've been done but they were very mindful of the front aesthetics.

Reis and mike did a great job they were exceptional in their communication. They had to reschedule due to one of their truck having a breakdown. But they made ever effort to remedy the situation. Overall, I am very happy to have used their service and will be recommending them to friends who also need roof cleaning.

I really wanted to be blown away by the work they did, hired them to clean my roof off, had a good amount of moss on it, but just an okay job. I have a steep roof, I will give them that but they took 5 days to clean my roof, sprayed it with the "moss out" you buy to hook onto your hose at home, it did not kill the moss, they sprayed a second time with something else, the moss is STILL not dead. They scraped the moss off the roof and onto the ground and the first day did not clean up any of it. I had moss covering my back deck, on my stairs going to the front door, all over the driveway, when the came back the next day, I asked Reis about it and he said they do not clean up after themselves so they can "help keep costs down" I have NEVER hired anyone to do work that did not expect to clean up their own mess. The guys were not punctual, the first day, tells me an hour before he would be here and it was closer to 2 1/2, said they stopped at the house to have lunch or something, then they packed up at 2:30 saying it was getting dark. I am sorry that I am writing this review but when you pay $900 to have somebody clean your roof, I guess I expected it to be more professionally done and cleaned up, as well as actually killing the moss, which is still alive and well.

Wow I am impressed. Reese and his partner did an excellent job and showed me pictures of before and after. Very professional. My only problem is that I feel guilty for not paying more than they charged. I highly recommend this company

I ve hired other companies in the past to clean the gutters and they ve never really gotten them working. This company spent three days removing moss from the roof and making sure everything was functioning as it should. Very happy!
