Charles replaced my old hot water heater with an Insta on-demand water heater, and I was very happy with the work. He was professional, clean, and took his time to make sure everything was installed correctly. The finished installation looks great—everything is neat, straight, and well organized. You can tell he takes pride in his work. While he was there, Charles also pointed out a few other plumbing items that could use some attention. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what he saw without trying to pressure me into getting the additional work done right away. He simply let me know what he recommended and left the decision up to me. It’s nice to find someone who does quality work and isn’t constantly trying to upsell you. I had a great experience and will definitely be calling Charles again when I’m ready to have the other plumbing work taken care of. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
