Great job

A wind storm damaged our home in Auburn, WA and we called Charles Alan Roofing the next working day. Dave Hallstrom came out that day and provided an estimate with pictures of the damaged areas. The following day a roofer was sent to our house with matching shingles and did all the repairs. This company is great! If any future work is needed or a new roof I would definitely use this company.

They came in with a good bid, were able to schedule us relatively quickly, and did quality work. They were attentive and responsive to our needs throughout the process. I did have to follow up about one thing, the finished roof was missing a couple of vents that were in the bid (the roof probably didn't really need them because it had other ventilation, but seemed to be something ever roofer commented on so I wanted to make sure the right # were installed, since we were preparing to sell the house). He had an employee come back the next day and install the two missing vents - I appreciated his willingness to resolve the issue and his speed in doing so. The roof also looks great.

Dave got us an estimate right away and followed up at the end. Our roof is old with lots of issues. He is very knowledgeable, walking us through our options. His crew was on time, worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly. The whole repair project took less than a week. We are very pleased with the work, the customer service was great and we will use them again.

I had an ambiguous leak in my roof. The crew that came out was able to find it and repair it quickly. My roof looks beautiful and my porch is nice and dry. When I replace my roof in a few years I will definitely use this company. They also repaired my roof for a very fair price. I highly recommend them.
