Chapman Construction showed up on time with his crew, complete tear off and replacement of shingles in one day 22sq, clean up was great job well done and the price was fair. Charles was very professional, have already recommended him and his crew to others for roof replacement.

On the first call, Charles responded promptly, made sure my skylights were sound before discussing reflashing them, gave me a price and an approximate time when the work would be done. Two days before and shortly before arriving, he informed me when the roofers would arrive. The work and cleanup were done professionally.

The crew was great, the work performed exceeded my expectations! They were quick and very respectful our our property, they did an outstanding job of cleaning up after their work. Overall very happy with our decision to hire Chapman Construction. They also suggested that we replace our 2 skylights in while doing the roof, I thought that was a great suggestion and they did a great job with them.
