I hired Charles to refurbish a flood house. He used sub standard labor which caused me to have the drywall floated, textured and painted again. He did plumbing work for me that was so bad it was leaking inside the bathroom walls which caused mold to grow in the bathroom and bedrooms sharing walls with the bathroom. I again had to pay a licensed plumber to repair all of his mistakes. I beleive he is an honest man but took on a job that was out of his expertise. He tried to make things right but the house is still not finished because after paying Charles and the other companies I ran out of money to complete the house.

The best thing about Charlie LaRocca is that I always got calls back, I always knew the status of the job, and I got very fair and very fast work. The shutter work was very good. I was particularly impressed with the replacement of hardwood flooring where he had to match a much older section. I've recommended Charlie to my friends and family.

It was a small job, but he told me when I could expect his workers to be at the house. Also, he was very honest. There was less work than he thought, so he brought his price down from the original quote he gave me.
