Charles Galloway took our $2000.00 down payment on our Carport and ran never showed back up or called us. We gave him 2000.00 down payment for the materials and he left town.

He is a great worker and does great work... just needed to communicate more, but overall? Good job.

They are polite, and clean up their mess everyday got the remodel done and before the deadline from them to complete it. I had a bathroom and a screening front porch add on to place. Planning on rehiring them for a kitchen remodel.

CON-ARTIST LIAR* These are just few of the descriptions of Charles Galloway, owner of Triple C Construction once known as Precision Construction. Our previous front and back decks were rotting so we needed to have them replaced. We decided to have our front deck replaced with a full composite deck and our backyard with a screened in room and composite deck. We got three estimates and we decided to go with Charles (what a huge mistake). Before the project began I had asked Charles if all the permits were all set and he ended up telling me that he checked with the town and county and apparently they told him we did not need to pull a permit since we had similar structures, right there should have been a red flag for us but being rookies dealing with contractors we assumed he was doing the right thing. If I would of known I could of pulled a permit myself and it would of helped us prevent the intentional careless work that I am about to describe. Low-quality materials were used, sagging screens, indoor caulking used outside, indoor wood used outside which is already cracked and weathered (on the front and back decks), not enough joists were used on both front and back decks, no braces were not used on the back deck, shingles on the roof were improperly placed which lead to water leaking in the room and our house (had to get roof repaired), plexiglass skylights were installed instead of actual glass (one of the skylights are now leaking), no concrete or cement slab used under back deck steps which is now causing wood to rot from moisture. Obviously most of these issues were not present during final walkthrough. We called him back after the final walkthrough to come fix some of the issues but more and more came up after that. Besides some of the wood that already began to warp and rot, water began coming into the screened in room and partially in our house, we tried calling him again and again but he ended up blocking my calls. We tried going to his place of business and placing a note in his mailbox that our room that he built was leaking badly, he ignored that, I tried emailing him and finally after a few weeks he finally responded and said twice he would come look our issues and never showed up. I then got him on the phone finally having to use a different phone since mine was blocked and he got very unprofessional with me and rude. He then said he would come by again to look our issues and again, never did. We ended up taking it upon ourselves to have some other contractors come out to look at our mess and they couldnt even tell us where to start with getting everything fixed. So we contacted Burke County Building Inspections ourselves and they have no record of Charles ever contacting them with regards to our job. We assumed this was something he was taking care of the whole time so we put our trust in him to make sure a permit was initiated and a final inspection was done and it never was. We had to have an inspection consultation done which helped us to provide a list to other contractors to help us get the project into code. Now we are stuck with having to spend an additional 1/3 of what we originally spent on this project to repair and get everything up to code so it can pass inspection. We were totally blinded by the excitement on getting the project done and didnt see through the cracks that he was cutting corners the entire time and trying to just take our money and run. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, Charles will make you think he is trustworthy, reliable, and will always do right for you, but in the end, you will be blindsided and backstabbed like we were and left with extra repair work and headaches. Do your homework and research this man before using him, he has a criminal background and no license.

Triple C Construction was previously known as Precision Construction. We had hired them to build a screened in room with skylights and replace 2 wooden decks with composite (trex). What we got was a room with a terribly leaking roof, 2 leaking plexiglass skylights, terrible caulking and painting job, indoor wood for outside framing and moldings, indoor wood used for some of the decking, both decks do not have enough joists and no joist brackets were used for support, finishing work was horrendous and they cut corners where ever they could. When we contacted Charles Galloway (phone, email, left paper notes at his shop) because of all the issues we have been having he either ignored or said he would come fix them but didnâ t show. We made multiple attempts and he had then blocked our phones. It is costing us 30% (of what we spent) more to only meet code requirements, and does not include having his electrical work checked/fixed and the finishing work completed. He did not pull a permit or have inspections done. After digging deeper on getting information about him we found that he does not have a contractors license nor does he have an electricians license and has a criminal background.
