We first used Charles for exterior wood trim repair and we were so impressed with his work that we asked him to do a bathroom remodel. We can't say enough about how professional he and his team are. They always showed up on time, completed the job earlier then scheduled and were a knowledgable team of workers that paid attention to detail. Charles has great communication and project management skills. Everything was kept neat and clean by days end and he worked around the daily activities of our home. The project turned out exactly the way we communicated it and we are very pleased with the outcome.

We needed some exterior wood trim repair/replacement on our two story home after a termite treatment. Charles was very thorough when he came to do the estimate. He was professional, easy to talk to, finished ahead of schedule, and went the extra mile to make sure we were very happy with the final result.

Charles Gilliam and his carpenter Dan, put a lot of work into fixing and/or replacing the fascia boards around our two-story home. They showed up daily, worked hard and did excellent work. Did a great job of repairing the dry rot on the exterior trim of my house. Even matched the faded paint so I don't need to paint right away. Walked around the entire property to make sure everything was done to my (and his) satisfaction. Everything was clean and tidy when they finished.

I rate the work performed by Gilliam as top-notch. He and his helper were on time and did a great job, which included a complete cleanup of the area after the work was completed. Great experience and great work! We had dry rot and termites from poor drainage that affected the roof and walls of one corner of our granny flat-- they replaced wood, drywall, siding, and roofing, and now you can't tell there was any damage. The work was amazing. I can't even tell there was any issue in the room. Charles went out of his way to accommodate my work schedule which was so helpful. His crew was friendly and did an awesome job. Hopefully I won't ever need to do this again, but if I do, I'm calling them!!!!
