Charles was polite and arrived early (texting me to ask if it was ok to come a few minutes early). I would consider hiring him for any work that I need done around the house. He's a professional with reasonable rates and a great friendly manner which makes you happy to have him in your house.

INITIAL INSTALLATION WAS GREAT! ACTUALLY ARRIVED EARLY...WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. HE REPAIRED LANDSCAPE DECORATIONS, HUNG LIGHTING BEAUTIFULLY. UNFORTUNATELY, CHARLES DID NOT COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB. HE PROMISED TO "ANCHOR" THE LAWN ITEMS WITH A MORE SECURE STAKE, BUT NEVER RETURNED (AFTER 3 CALLS) AND REPAIR OR REMOVE SOME ITEMS THAT WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS NOR DID HE RETURN. i WAS DISAPPOINTED, BECAUSE i WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT THE INITIAL WORK. I WAS SET TO RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS....BUT NOW, I DON'T KNOW.

Made 1st contact by phone- quote $30-35/hr install blinds. 1st appt - start at 3pm - got call at 3:04 he was "late" & get there 3:30-3:45. Great work putting blinds up - had to leave around 5:20 - gave him $80 (didnt have change and was happy w/work) he came back to finish & took about 70 min. I gave him another 40 and he commented he was there longer than an hour but it was "OK". He was taking a broken screen to fix however 2 days later my neighbor gave it to me saying it was in the road in front of my house!! And of course I never heard back from this guy.

He hung my Christmas lights from second floor. He arrived on the day he said he would be coming. Great customer service, he did a great job. Would definetly hire again and recommend to others.

Charles is reliable and works hard to meet all expectations. He did an excellent job at a considerable savings over other suppliers. He is careful and detail oriented and provides an excellent finished product. Also, he does not do work that he is not skilled at - he referred an appliance repair to an appliance repairman rather than take on a task that he felt he didn't have the skill set to do well.
