$56.00/man-hour when you purchase an 8-hour (full day) time-block & purchase it three (3) or more days in advance! Otherwise a $66.00/man hour rate applies. (Or $132, plus trip fee minimum.) *Minimum Commitment time block is one hour for all service requests, which comes with a two person handy team. *Materials costs are the responsibility of the customer. ^Some jobs - due to their nature, -fall outside the scope of a mere "handy person service", such as electrical, plumbing or other licensed professions & instead, -require that we provide you with a standard estimate. Jobs requiring the use of specialty tools are also excluded unless such tools are provided by the customer; --And in such cases, the customer indemnifies Charles Moody & his associates (CMS) from any & all claims arising from the use thereof.
