Very happy, Charles was proficient, capable and hard working. He analyzed the problem I was having and quickly repaired the system.

He should have know the location of the valve, but he did not, which costed me extra $100.

Charles did a very good job, did it quickly and did it well. I had a leak in the pipe that flooded my front yard. The location of the leak was not obvious due to slope of the yard and Charles found it in minimal time and with minimal digging. After he found the lead and uncovered it, he explained what was wrong, showed me what he had to do and why he needed to go get special parts that he didn't carry with him. He was gone a reasonable amount of time, and fixed the problem as soon as he returned. He asked me to come look at his work and watch the test for any leaks with him. None seen. Project done and done well at a reasonable cost. I asked Charles to check all of my sprinklers while he was here and he realigned a couple of sprinkler heads. He also made a few suggestions regarding changes to lower the number of zones, reduce the number of sprinklers and lower water consumption. I will be bringing him back to do this.

Charles showed up on a listing of companies providing service in the Pensacola area - when my wife called to arrange service, he didn't mention that he lived in the Tallahassee area! He couldn't complete the service through no fault of his own and told her she would owe for a service call. He showed up the next day and demanded $340! Unfortunately, she paid him even though he didn't provide an invoice. I have called and left messages but he refuses to answer or return my calls. He claims to believe in honesty and integrity but I haven't seen it!

His pricing is reasonable but very much unprofessional. He can fix things fast but mishandled the new valve while fixing.

Showed up early and finished early. Work was done right and they cleaned up afterwards.

I feel that Mr. Packowski, over charged me for the time and work provided.

DO NOT HIRE !!! Blames others for trouble he has. Says one price, then ups it a 100 bucks a minute later. Says he is a good sprinkler man and most others are bad, but he attached to house water line and it leaked the next day, flooding our street. He gave two year warranty on his work but then claimed pipe was vandalized the very next day (it was still underground buried) and demanded $200 to fix. When I invoked his warranty, he said vandalism, that I was a bad customer, jumped in his truck and drove away. Left open hole in yard and all pipes exposed and water turned off to house. Now I have to hire a plumber to fix what he did wrong. DO NOT HIRE !!! NOT PROFESSIONAL!

He responded and did the work promptly. He completed all repairs timely and well. However, we very clearly discussed installing a specific controller (Hunter ProC) and he installed a lower grade controller (Hunter X-Core). I was not happy with that.

Charles did a good job at a decent price. I had a similar repair done by someone else that charged me way too much. I'll use Charles in the future.

Charles was great. He check all the heads on sprinkler for damages and also reset my Hunter SRC Plus timer. Everything was fine. He had installed our sprinklers back in 2006.

Prompt service. Impressed that Charles assessed our entire system rather than just the non-working zone. Told us what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He had the parts, fixed it. He worked fast and hard and obviously knows his job.

Charles works by himself and a hard working man. He seems to know exactly what and where to look for the problem. When he came to my house, he immediately found the damage in the major pipe. He quickly got the parts he needed from Home Depot and fixed it swiftly. Now my sprinkler system is working great. I strongly recommend him.
