This company installed my furnace, I wanted it serviced. I called them several times. They don`t return your phone calls. My neighbor said the same thing. They are totally undependable, please do yourself a favor hire someone else

The evaporator coil on my two-year old central air system went bad. The original installer had retired, and I was having trouble getting someone to repair it under the warranty. Tyler and everyone else at Myers was very helpful. They contacted the manufacturer and the supplier to find out how to proceed under the warranty, picked up the new coil, installed it, and returned the old coil to the supplier so it could be shipped back to the manufacturer so I could get reimbursed for the cost of the part. They were prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Tyler and the team at Myers. They responded quickly to my inquiry, they priced and send quote within the time frames promised. Pricing was about what we expected, they had flexible payment options, and availability with in a week. Myers replaced it entire HVAC and ac system. Tyler competed the work within one day. Unfortunately we had some teething problems with our nest thermostat but Tyler came twice to resolve the issues. I couldn't me more impressed with how he responded and without issue fixed the thermostat issues. Now we have a great working HVAC and AC in the house. Looking forward to staying cool in the summer and warm in the winter, without them running all day!

Communication was excellent. Showed up on time and when expected. Workmanship was excellent (installed new hot water/ heat oil burner). Answered all questions. Cleaned up when complete. I would recommend Myers Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for great work at a great price.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
This company came and correctly determined the issue with my heat pump system. I needed to replace a broken fan motor. They then purchased the condenser fan motor and installed same the next day. System working great. Kudos to Tyler and Paul for integrity and professionalism. I will heartily recommend to others.

I was a customer for 20 years which included 2 furnaces and yearly service maintenance for all 20 years. This company made enough money off of me. I had no problems for the first 19 yrs. But I cannot say the same about the 2019 - 2020 season. The day after the service call around 11/4/19 I had a loud clanging sound as it started and went into a higher pitch noise. I called over a period of eight weeks with no less than eight calls, and he did not return any of my calls. I finally got him around 1/12/20, and he did not want to talk to me. He told me to get another company because he did not want to bother coming out for a noise issue. I told him I was a loyal customer for 20 years and is this how you treat customers? I never heard of a business telling a person to go to somebody else. I did not appreciate being talked to like that with his passive/aggressive behavior. I am extremely disappointed with them. I am in the process of finding a company that will treat me right.

I received three quotes for converting my oil furnace and compressor to natural gas. Myers had the best price, but that does not always mean you will get the best equipment or installation service. Believe me, I know. But this time I am so pleased with the equipment and the installation. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable and clean work. I chose the right company. Tyler is so informative on the work that they perform it puts your mind at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family.
