I got 6 other Roofing Estimates from Home Adviser for a full tear off and replacement . What made me choose Charles Stern was the down to earth mannerism and true Professionalism. He did a thorough walk around on the roof for defects for repair report to give me a true picture and gave me a reasonable estimate right there. All the others used GPS for an estimate and presented it without a walk around or even looking at it. Chuck and his crew started the job in a timely manner. They stripped down and replace the roof with Textured Shingles I choose. I was absolutely impressed with the job they did and a thorough clean up in 2 1/2 days. I highly recommend Charles Stern to have it done right. You won't be sorry. I'm happy I choose Chuck. He's a true Professional. He's now my go-to roofing Guy.

Chuck was very professional, and did not automatically jump to a $10,000 total roof tear off and replacement like another company did. He is fair and reasonable, and I will definitely hire him again, as well as recommend him to others.

We recently had a roof replaced by Chuck and his crew. Chuck came to the house to give us an estimate and to discuss how the job would be done and with what materials he would be using. He gave us a step-by-step process along with suggestions of color of shingles. I have to say the job was completed in a timely fashion. At no time was the roof decking exposed to any adverse weather, which did happen. His crew was polite and cleaned the work areas every day. There were no extra costs incurred. I would definitely recommend Chuck Stearn’s Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof.

If I could give Chuck a 10 star rating I would. He contacted us quickly after looking for roof repair on HomeAdvisor and came out the same day, I thought to give us an estimate. It turned out to be a minor problem and he was able to do the repair while he was here. Chuck has the expertise, a great work ethic, a great personality, and is very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend him!
