I would rather not even give him a .5 of a star....but i have no choice. Doug Charleston was hired by me to detail two vehicles. He told me they would be “showroom cleaning. Which in his words washed (inside and out), waxed, leather cleaned, carpets shampooed. The first vehicle he worked on was returned washed and waxed he called me while he had the car and asked if I was the interior cleaned, because it looked good. I told him because the car is a convertible the top is down a lot and it’s dirtier than it looks, and yes please clean the interior. I can see that the carpets were NOT shampooed. There are spots that I was able to clean with a little Simple Green, which took me less than 3 minutes. See photos To his credit he did touch up a couple scratches in the back bumper and that looks great. The real problem starts with the second vehicle…The car wasn’t even vacuumed out. See photos. I had him take the seats to upholstery to fix 200,000 miles of wear. Those look great. He told me he took the seats out and while they were out he scrubbed the floor under those seats…(car does NOT have carpet) see photos. The cup holders have dust dirt and crumbs in them. I have many more pictures and would be happy to share them with whoever would like to see them. He insisted I pay him in cash which I did for the first vehicle. not that it helped me any but I did pay him with a check for the second. The cost was 100.00 per vehicle what a rip off. I called Doug and he claimed that he himself cleaned the vehicle, obviously lying through his teeth. In an exchange of several texts he then blamed Carlos, then his son for not getting the work done properly. Doug obviously cannot be trusted. I tried to attached picture...this site would not allow.

Only needed the service once - it was a last minute emergency call for snow removal and they showed up almost immediately and took care of the job. Expensive, but worth it.

Doug's crew showed up on-time and the job took less time to complete than planned. Excellent work! Excellent price!

Too expensive for the work done.

Doug Charleston is a very nice guy to work with, he is extremely busy & yet gets back to you in a timely manner.

The work was done quickly and thoroughly leaving the yard much better looking!

Doug's crew worked hard & did a thorough fall clean up of hosta beds & lawn and the cost was reasonable. Good value.

I had a spring clean up done. Mr. Charleston was very nice to work with. Prompt & did everything he said he would do. All was neat & tidy & the yard looks great! I plan to have him back in the fall. The amount he charged was fair & reasonable.

The owner came to do the work and was very friendly and accommodating to my elderly mother. I will hire him again next year. Great service.

Lawn clean up was completed and leaves were hauled away. Yard was much improved and looked great! Wish I would have hired this a long time ago.

They did a nice job in a timely fashon.

Mr. Charleston was courteous and timely. They did break a drainage tile outlet with their mower that I had to replace. Other than that, they did a nice job.
