I am a custom home builder and have been using Charles Towne Heating & Air for the last several years for all my new builds as well as remodels. I have always referred them to friends and past clients because of there honesty and experience in trouble shooting. They have always done a good job for me and would highly recommend them for any new construction projects or service.

Don?t use this company! Absolutely the worst. Had to spend thousands of dollars to correct their poor work and mess they left and wouldn?t correct. Tried to work with them in every way possible but to no avail. Most recent I paid $2,000.00 to Carolina AC (which I highly recommend) to correct their poor work with the new duct system. Yes they were cheaper and talked a good story. I learned the hard and costly way. This review is 109% accurate
