Had CAJ Roofing repair my 25+ yaer old tile roof. They pulled up all tiles, replaced water damaged areas, replaced all underlayment and damage wood trim, all pipe vents, added new drip edges reinstated tiles (replacing damaged tiles), painted all trim they replaced, and when they were done, roof looked as good as new. Team was fast and cleaned everything up at the end of the day all for a great price. I highly recommend CAJ Roofing

I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ROOF I GOT A FEW ROOF GUYS CAME AND CHECK ALL IS VERY EXPENSIVE . CAJ Roofing put a new roof on my house just last week. They did the entire job in only 2 days, just in time as it rained on day 3. No leaks the day it rained so that's good :) Their communication was great. They left my yard and patio immaculate. The team was polite and respectful. The price was very fair. Had our house painted 9 years ago by Charlie Johnston. They did a Great Job! The son Alex is now running the business. We got the same professional treatment as last time. Charlie was very communicative, efficient and thorough with painting the exterior of our Chandler home. Not being on site for the work, I trusted his recommendations to paint color as well as a pretty major patio roof repair. It also helped that he was already familiar with the community and the HOA requirements for our project. Looking forward to seeing our refreshed home as the photos look great.

Had an interior leak when it rained. Charlie explained that it was from the corner of flat patio roof and the runoff from the main roof. The Patio roof was replaced and tar paper under the tile roof. Have not seen the leak with the rain since. Charlie was informative and upfront with his quote. His crew arrived on time and they completed the job in one day. He explained and kept me informed though out the whole replacement as to what was being done. Very happy with his work and will use him agin as the need arises.

Charlie was very helpful explaining what was necessary and what wasnâ t necessary with the painting of our cinderblock walls in the backyard. Redoing the cool decking around the pool and eventually painting the entire house. His team did her great job on time and had a fair price.

The painting of our home was done with expert attention to detail and even fix some damage that was on our home in a couple of places. He also repaired some stucco a on our fence and advised us of some the need of rubberized coating on our patio roof which he also did. He and his crew were very thorough in the work, cleanup and fair in their price with a discount on roof coating because he was already here. He also took extra time in helping us choose our colors. Our home looks fabulous. Super happy. We highly recommend him. Bob & Ann
