I highly recommend Charlie's Appliance Repair!!! Charlie was honest, reliable, responsible, timely, professional and extremely customer focused. He replaced a module on my 2005 Maytag Neptune washing machine. I had two other companies diagnose my machine and both said the bearings were bad. The bearings were not the problem but the module was as proven by Charlie and left the old module. Maytag no longer makes modules for this machine but Charlie did extensive research to locate one. It was worth having Charlie fix my machine because they don't make them this well anymore.

Professional people who get the job done - the best there is

I had a microwave bought from Sears and expensively, but incorrectly, installed by technician Sears sent out. The microwave had a vent fan that was supposed to exhaust through an existing port in the kitchen wall, but it was installed in such a way that it exhausted back into the kitchen. Sears went out of business before we realized this. Charlies came out and did it right for $120, which was very reasonable for an hour's work, travel, knowing what to do in the first place, and standing behind the work.

They were on time and knew exactly what the problem was. My drain for the dishwasher was leaking when it was running so they replaced the opening vent that is on the countertop next to the faucet. They were here probably a half hour ... very nice to work with. I would easily hire them again
