I was very happy with the service. Charlie responded promptly and was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator fairly quickly. Although he had to order a part to fix it, he returned within 48 hours to finish the repair. His charges were certainly reasonable. I would hire him again.

I was very happy with the service. Charlie had a super quick response time. He was probably at my house within a hour of my original post. He was super knowledgable of the equipment and had my drier repaired within half an hour. And he did not try to charge me any extra for service or parts that I didn't need. I would definitely recommend him!

Orginally called on a Wednesday was knowledgeable about the type of refrigerator I had him come out to repair. Charlie asked how old the unit was (14 years) and said the cost to repair would not be worth it. His customer service was excellent (he tried contacting me twice without success and tried for a third and final time with success.) He was going out of town and wanted to make sure he was able to take a look at the problem; otherwise it would have to wait until the following Monday. He stated the old unit would last for about 24 to 48 hours. Fortunately it lasted a little long as we did not get delivery of a new frig until that Saturday afternoon.

Charlie did a great job replacing our ice maker, took less than half an hour. Maybe it's me, but I did not realize how expensive a replacement would be! But overall great job!

Unreasonable rate, it cost me $250 for 20 minutes of work and replaced a part that cost $15. I would not recommend to anyone or will I call them again. Find and shop other Appliance Service company.

"Mrs. C, I don't think your review is fair to me. You called on Wednesday the 18th and said your refrigerator was not cooling. I told you I would be there between 1 and 5:00. I arrived at the time I said I would. I told you what the cost would be before repairing it. You were losing all your food, which was probably more than $250.00. I was prompt, professional, honest and reliable. I fixed your refrigerator in 20 minutes because of my 44 years experience. The part I used was not generic which you might find for $15.00 but I use OEM parts (original equipment manufacture) which I assure you cost more than that. I'm sorry you feel this way, Charlie"

Charlie was very prompt and efficient. We thought our 20 year old refridgerator was done for, but he immediately determined that it was just a worn out fan motor, and he had the replacement part in his truck. He was through in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable.

The company charged a very reasonable dollar amount to test my refrigerator to see if it was worth repairing or not. The condenser was bad and it would cost more to repair than buy a new one. If I need future work on my new refrigerator I will definitely call Charlies appliance service.

He didn't do anything but tell me it sounded like the compressor on my refrigerator and that it wasn't worth fixing and to buy a new one. He was very nice and I would use him if I ever have need.
