Ricardo did a great job. Came with in 3 hours after first contact. Cleaned up after, and was nice. Will call again if we need a plumber.

Had a water main break and needed an urgent repair. He fixed it that day but it has broken again twice since then, within a month--a $989 repair. Last time, he said if it breaks again, he does not know what to do. We deserve a full refund.

I was overcharged. $385.00 for a full valve and floater. I had the same problem with another toilet a month ago and it cost me only $150. For service call and repair. When I asked for an itemized bill, he refused. Previously, plumbers let you know what the cost is going to be, especially when itâ  s expensive. Because I would have cancelled and just paid for the service call. Thatâ  s what I usually do. When posting the cost on my next door neighbor website, over 116 people stated I was overcharged and what they paid. I only called because someone on Nextdoor said you were reasonable. Some said it was less to put in a new toilet. And how common and easy it is to fix my problem. Very dissatisfied customer.

sorry ma'am for missed understanding $385 prices we charge you is fair reasonable we my technician was fixed two toilets for replacement toilet flapper and field valve fixes downstairs toilet flush handles over 1hrs drive to got part from Loews sorry I can't share about material prices information with you we are plumbing companies not handyman companies you pay us for knowledge services and labor plus material I understand you frustrations but you charge is fair price ma'am thank you for choosing charlotinplumbingservices God bless you

Charlotin Plumbing was God sent for our house that had plumbing issues from the main line on our first floor. Ricardo and his team was very professional, hardworking, precise, dependable, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. We will remain working with him for our future plumbing needs.
