Commercial Post Construction Clean-up
Charlotte and her team really know what they are doing with post construction cleaning. My general contractor was behind schedule and she remained flexible with moving my service dates out...twice. They did a really thorough job cleaning, which made moving in so much easier. I highly recommend Charlotte and her team for a good, professional cleaning.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Expensive mouse infestation waste cleanup, whole house. Price sounded ok, but owner only stayed about a half hour observing, then left. They did a very bad job of getting everything clean, I had to hire someone else to clean floors around edges of baseboards, in pantry, and refrigerator, in cabinets and drawers, etc. Owner had come to my home herself to see the extensive nature of the problem before giving me a price, she knew what I wanted and agreed to it. She never called after her crew left to check on their work, or cane by to check it. Plus she called while they were here and told me to give them a big tip, made a big point of it. I wonder if she even gave them the tip I included in her check. Very disappointed.

Post Construction Clean up
Incredible crew of people came into a real mess and worked through the house, cleaning walls, fixtures, baseboards, windows, doors, everything and really helped us put the house back together. I would highly recommend this group.

They can change sheets and dust, but when they left last time I had to sweep & mop. They are very nice though.
