Diyan came to our home on time to give us an estimate to convert from electric to gas for cooking. He gave the best estimate but more than that he explained all the problems we would have in making the conversions because of the current location of our stove. It was decided the best thing to do for present was to stay with electric. However, in developing his gas line estimate he found two water line leaks which he documented with pictures. He gave a very reasonable estimate to fix them. The work was done quickly and high quality, documented with pictures. Diyan also did work on a pressure reduction system that had stopped functioning. That was also done quickly and professionally. Charlotte Plumbing Masters is now our go to plumber!

Dion came out the day I called. I had just recently had structural repair and waterproofing under home in crawlspace.Found a small leak. He took pictures. Explained what needed to be done and took care or problem. Unfortunately I had to change my review.Later that night I noted I had water pressure issues in 2 areas.I called the next day He came back to repair.
