We interviewed several companies about finishing our basement, and we felt that Rawshawn and Joe from Charlotte Remodeling Solutions were the most knowledgeable, professional, and likable, so we made the decision to move forward with them. They delivered. Even though we realized they had other projects, they always made us feel like we were their only clients. Any time we had a question or needed to talk to them, they answered. They completed a large project in a short amount of time, and the final product was excellent. The entire staff was very skilled, and we enjoyed getting to talk with them regularly. This company can do everything. If you have a project you are thinking about, at least call Ray or Joe and see what they are all about. You are going to be impressed. Charlotte Remodeling Solutions (CRS) were always there throughout the project. Rayshawn and team kept lines of communication open and completed the project with professionalism. The bathroom remodel faced delays in supplies, roof leakage and other unfortunate issues unrelated to CRS. Through it all the team remained composed and delivered a great product. Book fast because this company is making a name for itself.

Our project has had quite a few unexpected twists and turns that were out of CRS' control (wood rot, black mold, and a few other issue that cropped up) but through it all, Joe Morales and Rayshawn Watson were courteous, forthcoming, and deligent in walking us through each phase of the project.

Very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. We love our bathroom and look forward to the next project!!
