Charlotte Roof Cleaning

This was my first experience with roof cleaning at all, and I couldn’t be happier. Jason, the owner, stopped by last week to examine the work needed and flew a drone over the house to assist the inspection. Today, 11/19, he arrived at the designated time and completed the work in less than 90 minutes. The improvement is easy to see even before it rains. I fully recommend this company and Jason! Great job!

Took awhile to finally come to clean my roof. The first couple of appointments were canceled after being scheduled. Left a couple of trash bags in my yard that I had to dispose of.

Power washing was not done, and chemical bath was sprayed on the roof. The results were very good.

Mark did an excellent job cleaning my roof, which had terrible black streaks; roof is almost 16 yrs. old. I thought I would have to get a new roof for it to have good curb appeal again. Customer service was excellent. Mark followed up on my calls, and rescheduled the job for me due to a conflict with gutter repairs I was having done, as the gutter crew didn't show up when they were scheduled prepared to do the work. Mark even offered to return and correct any problems I might have with his work. His prices are very reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone needing roof/gutter cleaning. I didn't ask, but I'm sure he does vinyl siding also. He cleaned the siding on my roof dormers and they look great!

Mark Sprouse was great in getting me a quick quote and coming out to clean my roof and my siding (he does not power wash - cleans with only spray, does not damage roof or siding).
