Mark Grayson went above and beyond. He helped me to contact my insurance company to start the claim. They came out to meet with adjuster to go over what was needed. The crew showed up early and was very professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Now I have the best roof in the neighborhood. I have already recommended them to several people. Job well done.

We contacted the HomeAdvisor app to find a roofer to repair at leak we had. The only company to respond was Charlotte's Best Roofing. They were professional and courteous and scheduled a day for the pre-work inspection. They came back with an estimate that was over the insurance estimate. I had to ask why the difference, as it was not explained when the estimate was received. What they said made sense that on a repair you really don't know how bad the repair will be until you start removing the old shingles. This could have been explained in the estimate and saved a whole lot of trouble. Besides that issue, the worker was courteous and very efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up after himself. The roof was the inspected by the same man that did the estimate. The price was slightly higher than the insurance estimate, but the scope of work was more than the insurance adjustor had written up. I would highly recommend Charlotte's Best Roofing for your roofing needs.
