"Before we leave a job the first thing we do is ask the customer if they are happy, and he said yes, I do not understand how you give bad reviews when you are asked is there anything else you want done to fix the problem, I leveled all the dirt and picked all the rocks out for free that is a 500,00 free job for 600.00 of dirt that is 100,00 profit minus fuel we made 50 bucks and you are still not happy, we apologize that we could not meet your needs we will work on this so it will never happen again thank you."
