The technician was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and offered a professional and thorough solution to the rodent problem. He made sure bait traps were set in the areas affected as well as in surrounding properties to be sure there was a wide coverage. Most important ... the rodent problem is fixed. Charly was on Time, gave us an evaluation and got to work Immediately. I was concerned that more subterranean termites might be in another wall, he came on-site again, on-time and took care of the issue. Other pest control wanted either more or couldn’t deliver on a timely manner. This is someone that takes his business seriously and will get the job done. Him and his team are friendly, professional and always wear a smile to work! 5 star service.
