"Sorry we did not meet you needs but as a home inspector there is many things we factor into inspecting a home and the time spent inspecting . One would be the square footage the other being is everything readibly accesible which in this case we were in a small home in baltimore city and the house was a disaster we do not move furniture or belongings as outlined in marylands standards of practice and our inspection agreement Based on that square footage of the home inspected it should not take more then 2 hrs to inspect a home based on the square footage of the house inspected ."
