They showed at 8:15 and were done by 2:30 and the crew were very good at there job and when they were done they cleaned so good you couldnt even i had a new roof put on.

Roger was very responsive and easy to work with! The guys showed up on time answered any questions we had and got the work done quickly and well. Our new roof looks great and in all the big rain storms recently it has stayed dried. We have no more leaks and would definitely suggest working with Charm City Roofing for any roofing and siding needs. Thank you Roger for all the help in getting our leaking issues repaired.

Very good work

I paid my deposit for my new roofing and on the day of service I received a phone call saying one of my skylights broke and they don't know when they will be able to install my new roof been almost two weeks and I didn't receive a phone call yet on the status of when service will start.

Estimate was fair and reasonable. Roger was great to work with and provided an excellent product, with excellent service, and was able top complete installation within week of estimate. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The estimate was timely and professional. The work was done the next day. The crew were very professional as well. The roof looks very good and I would use them again in about 40 years.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the workers - no joking and horsing around -they knew their jobs and did them well and efficiently.

He came out right away and got on my roof and was able to help me with my roof. I was happy that he was very professional and he had some great costumer service. He even went to the effort of putting a tarp on my roof to help against getting some water damage.

bush home services showed up on time.roger was very kind and did not try and push me into anything that i didn't want done. they inspected and explained what needed to be done. my main concern was leaky skylights and i asked roger for a guarantee they would not leak. he wrote the estimate that met my satisfaction with the work to be performed and a guarantee for one year there would be no leaks. in my opinion, the service was completed in the promised time and from the pictures that they took with MY camera, they did a beautiful job. only a good rain will test their work but i believe i found a business to maintain the roof in the future.
