Bill Ronca is the guy who came over to do the work, and he was just amazing. He completely solved the problem I had with a GFI in my basement. I would definitely call him again for all my electrical needs.

One of the best things about these Charter Electric is their speedy response. I called on a Wednesday and was told to call back the following Monday, first thing in the morning. I did so, and that same Monday, the guys showed up to check out the job (installation of a ceiling light/fan and an attic fan) . Then they came back the VERY NEXT DAY!! The men showed up at the time they said they would, and they did not delay. The job was done within a couple of hours, so I didn't have to sit home all day waiting for them!
