They did a awesome job! Im very please with the patio and sidewalk.They were fast and efficient, professional and all around great guys.

Thomas Chase did two sidewalk sections for us. We are now compliant with the city again.

This is the first review I have ever posted and We have worked with hundreds of good and bad contractors. I want people to know about this guy. I agreed with Tom to pay a premium price to get my patios poured before winter. They completed the job but there are more than 30 spots where the aggregate was not floated down smooth and there are red rocks showing on the surface. The edges next to my house were hardly even trowel finished. Concrete splatters all over the house remain there still. The concrete is so rough in a couple areas that it hurts to walk on it with bare feet. He came by this spring and agreed to fix the bad areas and has not been back since April 1. Now he is does not return any calls or texts. Very disappointed in a man not standing behind his word. He is quick to bring you the bill upon completion and very poor at correcting his crews below average product. He will tell you what you want to hear but do not expect much for results. I highly recommend not using Tom Chase Concrete.

Tom laid the foundation for my garage as well as adding an approach from the current driveway to the garage. The work was completed, after a few no show appointment s, in June of 2018. By Halloween i had a thin crack in the approach. By thanksgiving it had spread so I notified Tom. By spring of this year it is a wide crack with crumbling concrete. I have contacted Tom numerous times to see what I could do to keep it from getting bigger, but to date he has not been around.

They did a wonderful job. They were quick and the quality was top-notch! Would definitely recommend them to others needing concrete work.
