About us
CCI Builders (formerly Chase Construction) is a licensed general contractor serving El Dorado County and Sacramento along the Highway 50 corridor since 2004. Owner Jon Saunders holds California CSLB license #835432, Class B General Building, and runs every job personally. Bonded, fully insured, EPA Lead-Safe Certified, and OSHA compliant. What we build: structural beam replacement and dry rot repair, custom homes, room additions and ADUs, decks and shade structures, siding and window replacement, and commercial tenant improvements with ADA upgrades. We pull the permits, keep one point of contact from estimate through final walkthrough, and back the work with a 1-year workmanship warranty. Serving Placerville, Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and greater Sacramento.
