I can’t believe it took all these years to find someone like Gabe Fletcher to take care of my plumbing needs. I will not hesitate to call him for anything or refer Chase Mechanical to anyone and everybody that needs their services. These guys are aces in my book. Their prices are fair and reasonable also.

Gabe, and his apprentice Zack, were professional, prompt, courteous and completed the job efficiently. Gabe was happy to discuss other, unrelated issues in our plumbing, giving some advice. He was not in a rush. Chase mechanical is a knowlegeable and thoughtful business with great customer service. Thank you!

My hot water heater was leaking and Gabe was able to fit me in at the end of the day so that I would have hot water that night. He was able to replace the unit and is coming back to do some additional work today.

Originally called them to take care of our AC service. Told me that the system was new and did not need service for one more year. Thought it was great that they were not out for my money and were honest. Ended up hiring them to fix our shower handle and prevent low water pressure. Also fixed a sound coming from flushing of toilet. Very honest, knowledgeable and friendly company.

I had an issue with replacing an anode. He called and I told him the issue. We spoke for a few minutes and we decided it wasn't worth the risk to try to replace it because the water heater was only 2 years old. He didn't charge me for the advice and I felt confident that I would call him again and he would be a straight shooter. I am retired and on a fixed income and someone that wasn't trying to insist on a service call to "check out" my issue is on the top of my list of ethical tradesmen. I am very grateful for his advise.
