I am a residential real estate appraiser in my 32st year of practice. I cover much of NE Metro Atlanta & surrounding counties. The majority of my assignments are for private parties. I regularly appraise properties for divorce, pre-listing purposes, estate settlements, bankruptcy proceedings, cash purchases, etc... I have completed many appraisals on lakes, rivers and, mountains. I specialize in "problem" properties and situations. I regularly testify in court. I am a 65 yr old father of 10. Grandfather of 11.
