Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
Came out on a warranty call summer 2024, replaced condenser and fan, some scheduling issues - small business stuff but worked it out. This year scheduled for a check-up, they cancelled because of rain since AC is on roof - again understandable. Rescheduled for a time window of 3pm-7pm, got a text that Ricardo is scheduled for that time. Day of, Ricardo calls at 1:41pm and says he?s on his way and should be there in 20 minutes or so. Well that?s not 3:00 that?s 2:00. I call back and tell him I won't be home until 3:00 because that?s the window Jocelyn, ?admin? AKA owners wife gave me. I call Jocelyn to tell her what Ricardo said yadda yadda yadda. She says she?ll see if he can come back, that they wait 15 minutes for a call then they head to the next ?. What? It wasn?t even 3:00 yet! Long story ?. Ricardo told me I could go to another company if I liked but he?s punched out for the day - called Jocelyn again, left a message and never heard from them again.

I needed an company to install an new air conditioning system as well as an new furnace. I received 4 different estimates from companies including Chavez HVAC and the estimate I received from them was low and well priced compared to the others I received. They came and did an inspection, then later did the work. they were very professional and got the work done correctly in an fairly fast.

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
Very Honest company. All other companies came in and immediately tried to sell me a new HVAC system. They came and said I just needed a part. Service was awesome, quality was great. I will recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again. Came on time and completed the work in a short time frame. All is good with this company
